NLMK shareholders decide against dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) have approved paying no dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The company paid no final dividends for 2021 and no dividends for January–September 2022.

Tycoon Vladimir Lisin controls about 79.3% in NLMK through offshore company Fletcher Group.
